Returns & Exchanges
Online orders have 7 days to be returned for store credit via an online discount code. The 7 days will begin once order has arrived. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
In-store purchases will have 14 days to exchange or receive store credit for items purchased. Customer must have receipt.
Items considered "FINAL SALE" are accessories, soaps, candles, drinkware, seasonal items and ANY discounted items.
In order to be eligible for return, items must be in the same condition they were received - tags still attached with no smell of smoke, oils, deodorant, pet hair, makeup, etc. We cannot accept returns or replace any items once they are worn or washed, as we are not liable for damages that happen after items are worn or washed. We reserve the right to reject any return due to the above.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out immediately. We will ask that a photo of the damaged/incorrect item be provided. All damages or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
